I'm thinking about placing an order, but I just want to know that you are really here in St. Louis. Where are your facilities located? I've never come across a building with your name on it. Am I going to get angus beef? Sue
The rubs sound good, but I was curious if you could provide a description of them. For example,the Malibu rub sounds interesting, but I can't really imagine what kind of flavor that would be.
In a resturant when asked what temp. do you want your steak, what do you say? I found out (Embrassed) that it does not mean the degree that that you want it. Could it mean how you want it cooked,(ie), medium rare, etc.

Hi, I registered using my p.o. box as my shipping address, then I noticed that you use UPS for shipping, is that correct ? UPS won't deliver to post offices, also I couldn't find any approx. shipping costs anywhere on your website, are they there somewhere ? I have just placed my first (and large) order; I eagerly await its arrival. However, I hesitated to order the Boneless Seasoned Pork Roast ($39.95) because it was unclear whether this was the price for *two-thirds of a pound* (10 oz.)or *two roasts at 3 lbs. each.* Since you call it "an amazing introductory value," I hope this is for the two roasts. However, if it is for 10 oz., this seems to be excessive (at $60/pound!), even for the most premium pork. It is also quite excessive compared to the premium steak prices (which I find to be fair!). Please clarify the pricing structure on the Seasoned Boneless Pork Roast. I hope to try it in my next order. Thank you very much, Marshall Fay
