| Changing your Order |
| With the Steaks of St. Louis shopping cart, you are able to adjust the number of products in your order right up until you checkout. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, enter the new quantity desired and click on 'Update Cart' at the bottom of the page. |
| To remove an item from your cart, check the 'Remove' box next to the item you wish to remove and click 'Update Cart'. |

| We have implemented a state-of-the-art shipping system to allow you to select where you would like each individual item from your order shipped. |
| For orders that you are purchasing for yourself: |

If ordering meat, leave the 'Ship To / E-mail To' field set to 'Myself' |

If ordering gift cards, leave the 'Ship To/E-Mail To' field empty. |

On the next two screens you will be prompted for your default shipping and e-mail address. |

| For orders that you are purchasing for someone else: |

Click on the 'Ship to/E-mail to' menu. |

Select 'Add Address' or choose from an existing address, if applicable. |

If you choose 'Add Address', you will be redirected to a screen that allows you to input the shipping address information, and a nickname to identify it by. |

If you have chosen to 'Save this Address', you will be prompted to register or log in. |

If you are selecting an existing address, remember to click 'Update Cart' to save your selection. |

| If you are purchasing a gift card that you would like e-mailed to a different address, type that the e-mail address you would like the gift card sent to in the 'Ship To / E-mail To' field and click 'Update Cart'. |
| Split Shipment |
| At Steaks of St. Louis, we also offer a featured called 'Split Shipment'. This feature allows you to split the items in your cart among multiple shipping destinations. For example, if you entered '3' in the quantity box and clicked 'Add To Cart' for the item 'New York Strip Steaks 4 (10 oz.)', by default all three packages would be shipped to the same location. Clicking 'Split Shipment' will alter the quantity in your cart to two, and list the third item as a new item with a quantity of one. By 'splitting' these items, you can now select different shipping addresses for the items. Any item in your cart may be 'split', as long as the quantity is greater than one. |
| Select a Rub |
| Steaks of St. Louis offers you a wide variety of our signature seasoning rubs. For each cut of meat you have selected, you may choose up to two seasoning rubs per packaged unit. To find out more about each seasoning rub, click on the 'Info' link next to 'Select a Rub'. To select a seasoning rub, choose the rub from the pull-down menu, and then choose how many individual steaks you would like that seasoning rub to be added to. Once you have made your selections, click 'Update Cart' to save your choices. |
